If a parent writes a pass letting a student leave early but the student forgets the pass and then forges that parent’s signature on a piece of paper to leave early anyway since they “Already have permission”, what would the response be if admin finds out?

If a parent provides a pass for a student to leave early, but the student forgets to bring it and subsequently forges the parent’s signature on another document to leave early, claiming they have permission, how might the administration respond if they discover the situation?
