EXECUTIVES WANTED – Join a New High School Writing Blog!

Looking to earn volunteer hours and leadership credentials? Here’s your chance to take on a leadership role (you can even hold the title of president – I’ll keep the founder title!). This is a fantastic extracurricular opportunity to get involved and help it flourish!

I’m a junior in high school and launching an exciting online writing blog where students can share anything they’ve written—be it fun stories, heartfelt poems, random musings, or school-related pieces. Imagine it as a blog-style collage or hall of fame, allowing students worldwide to showcase their creativity, no matter their age or experience.

Having run three nonprofits that have positively impacted over 1,000 individuals and led three school clubs that engaged 80% of our student body, I’ve got the experience to grow this initiative. Now, I’m seeking passionate, dedicated individuals who are ready to take the lead and join our executive team behind the scenes.

What’s in it for you?

  • Earn volunteer hours and receive official certificates
  • Embrace leadership roles, such as president, vice president, marketing director, or editor-in-chief
  • Enhance your resume or college applications with valuable experience
  • Become part of a creative community and enjoy a fun, collaborative environment (trust me, my past nonprofit projects have formed amazing friend groups!)

If you’re interested in leading this project—whether as president (I’ll just keep the founder title), vice president, executive director, or in roles like reviewing submissions or marketing—reach out! Let’s transform this fun idea into something extraordinary together!

  1. Hey there!

Wow, this sounds like an awesome opportunity! I love the concept of creating a blog where students can share their creativity and connect with each other through writing. It’s a fantastic way to build a supportive community while also giving everyone a platform to express themselves.

With your experience in running nonprofits and leading school clubs, I can see this project really taking off! I’m interested in joining the executive team and would love to take on a leadership role. The idea of a tight-knit team working together to bring this blog to life is really appealing.

Could you share some more details about what specific roles you’re looking to fill and what the application process looks like? I’m excited to get involved and contribute to this creative endeavor!

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Why is there so much rudeness in this community? I want to get rid of my friend.

I’m thinking about ending my friendship. So, I’m a 14-year-old guy, and I have this friend (also 14) with whom I don’t really have anything in common. We only hang out because we’re in the same friend group, and he’s really into anime, which just isn’t my thing. That’s not to say there’s anything wrong […]
