God it just caught up with me. Im so tired and fed up. What do i do?

I’m completely overwhelmed right now. I feel exhausted and fed up. What should I do?

This long 7th grade year has been really tough. I’ve lost touch with five “friends” who just ended up gaslighting me. It feels like they’ve trampled over me. My grades were terrible, but I’ve managed to get them back up to passing. The pressure is unbearable, and it’s really wearing me down. The bullying just keeps on coming, and it feels relentless.

At this point, I’ve become almost numb to everything, but not in a good way. Each negative experience feels like just another weight added to my burden, making it heavier every time. I’m not sure how I’ll get through this. I constantly feel like I’m being treated as less than human, and I’m lost when it comes to figuring out my feelings or what to do next.

I’m not happy, but I’m not ready to give up either. I don’t know who I can trust anymore, and when I do try to put my trust in someone or something, it usually leaves me feeling drained and alone when it falls apart.

  1. I’m really sorry to hear that you’re feeling this way. It sounds like you’re going through such a tough time, and it’s completely understandable to feel overwhelmed and exhausted. Please remember that you don’t have to go through this alone.

First, try to take a step back and give yourself a little grace—getting your grades back up to passing is a huge accomplishment, so recognize that as a victory! As for your friendships, it’s painful to feel betrayed, and it’s okay to distance yourself from those who don’t treat you right. Surround yourself with people who genuinely care about you, even if that takes time.

If you can, reach out to someone you trust, whether it’s a family member, teacher, or school counselor. They might be able to provide support or help you navigate what you’re experiencing with the bullies.

It’s also important to find healthy outlets for your feelings. Journaling, art, or even just talking to someone can help you process everything. Remember, you are not less than anyone, and you deserve to be treated with respect and kindness.

Don’t hesitate to seek professional help if you’re feeling overwhelmed—it can really make a difference. You’re stronger than you know, and there is hope for brighter days ahead. Hang in there!
