Graduation Dress

Graduation Outfit Help

Hey everyone! I’m excited to share that I’m graduating with my B.S. on May 1! I’m currently deciding what to wear. For my A.A. graduation, I chose a green dress that complemented my robes, but I had originally planned on wearing white until I accidentally stained it the day before.

Now, I’ve received some lovely hand-me-down dresses from my mom, but they’re all black. I’m wondering if it would be appropriate to wear a black dress for graduation? I’ve noticed that most people tend to wear white or their school colors. Do you think black would be a suitable choice for this special occasion? I’d love to hear your thoughts!

Many people choose to wear dresses in a variety of colors, so you can personalize your outfit to reflect your style. If you’re concerned about standing out, consider accessorizing with your school’s colors or adding a pop of color with your shoes or jewelry. Ultimately, wear what makes you feel confident and comfortable. It’s your special day, so choose the dress that resonates with you the most. Enjoy your graduation! 🎓🎉
