I’m feeling overwhelmed trying to balance school, work, and home responsibilities. Here’s a bit of background: I work evenings, typically starting at 5 PM, and I wake up at 6 AM for school. I usually get home from school around 3:30 PM, leaving me with only about 30 minutes for a quick nap before heading to work, which can last until 11 PM or midnight. My work schedule averages 25-35 hours a week, which means I’m often only getting around 6 hours of sleep each night, assuming insomnia doesn’t kick in.
