I scored 82 out of 100 on my math mock exam for the brevet (the national test in France). I was hoping to get around 90, so I’m feeling really disappointed right now. It’s hard not to get emotional about it, especially since I’m losing points over minor mistakes. 🙁

Hey, first of all, congratulations on getting 82/100! That’s still a great score, and it shows that you have a solid understanding of the material. It’s completely normal to feel disappointed when you don’t meet your own expectations, especially when you’ve worked hard. Remember, every exam is a learning experience.
Those small errors can be frustrating, but they’re also a chance to pinpoint what to focus on for next time. Maybe you can review the questions where you lost marks and see if there are patterns. You’ve got this! Use what you learned to keep improving, and don’t be too hard on yourself. You’re on the right track!
