I hate my life, and I want to make amends.

I’m feeling really overwhelmed with my life right now, and I’m desperate to make things better.

To start, it’s been seven months since my friend left, and now there’s someone new around who constantly belittles me. I tried to be kind and offer support, but they just seem to find ways to insult me, and it’s causing a lot of frustration. I genuinely despise how they make me feel, to the point where it sometimes disrupts my sleep.

I know I shouldn’t harbor such strong feelings, but it’s hard to shake them off. Whenever I extend a hand to help, they dismiss me or show a level of arrogance that’s difficult to tolerate. I want to move past this person and forget about them, but they’re always around. Their voice cuts through my thoughts in every class.

Just the sight of them triggers so much anger that I feel like lashing out, yet I keep my composure because I know that reacting that way isn’t right. I’m worried I won’t be able to deal with this situation properly. I want to respect myself, just as I would respect others, but they constantly undermine me in front of my peers.

I feel isolated from my friends, and I can’t help but think there’s something fundamentally wrong with me. I’m struggling to cope and feel like I’m falling apart because of this unhealthy fixation on someone who’s disrupted my relationships. I really need some support to get through this.
