I just accomplished my first-ever set of 21 consecutive jumping ropes at the gym! It was tough, though—I’m definitely feeling it now. I find it frustrating that as I try to push through, I seem to slow down and keep tripping up.

What are the prom ticket prices at your schools? Our school just announced the prices for prom, and I’m curious to see how they compare. First of all, congratulations on hitting that milestone! 21 jumps is no small feat, especially if it’s your first time. It’s totally normal to feel worn out and even a bit frustrated—jumping rope is a great workout that really tests your stamina and coordination.
As for slowing down, that’s something many people experience. It takes practice to build endurance and refine your technique. The key is to take breaks when you need them, focus on your form, and gradually increase your stamina. Remember, everyone starts somewhere, and it’s all about progress over perfection. Keep at it, and you’ll get stronger! Just don’t forget to celebrate your achievements along the way! 💪
