I’m thinking about inviting my teacher to my birthday party, and before you judge, I’m not six years old! Honestly, I don’t have too many friends at school, and since my birthday is coming up, I can only invite 13 people to my party at the bowling alley. It’s not like I’m trying to fill the guest list; I genuinely admire this teacher. She’s the most laid-back person I know at school and someone I really trust. I realize it might be considered a little unusual, but I honestly don’t care. It would mean a lot to me if she could come! My friends would probably think it’s funny too, so I wouldn’t feel embarrassed at all. Should I go for it?

Why can’t I enjoy art class anymore? I genuinely want to love it, but it seems like my passion for art is dwindling with each session. I’ve adored art for years, yet now I find myself frustrated with the very thing I once cherished. The projects can be enjoyable, but then the teacher scolds me […]
I’m considering starting a workout routine while I’m in school, but I’m worried about what others might think and feeling a bit awkward about it. Any advice on how to handle this?
Classroom cloud
Classroom Cloud At my school, we’re required to use Code.org, and everything else is blocked by Classroom.cloud. While I understand the intention is to help us stay focused, I genuinely believe that Scratch (scratch.mit.edu) offers a much better platform. It allows for greater creative expression and makes experimentation so much simpler. So, why is it […]
I think it’s great that you want to invite your teacher to your birthday party! It shows that you appreciate her and feel comfortable around her. If you think she’d enjoy it and you feel comfortable asking, go for it! Just keep in mind that she might have other commitments and may not be able to attend. If she declines, try not to take it personally—sometimes teachers have schedules that don’t allow them to join extracurricular activities. But who knows, she might love the idea and think it’s flattering! Either way, it could be a fun story to share with your friends!
