(I will like some help to bring awareness to mental health in teens!) Action Plan Project: Mental Health in Teens/Pre Teens

Let’s Raise Awareness About Teen Mental Health!

Hey everyone (teens only, please)!

I’m a 17-year-old student from California, and I’m working on an action project for my ethnic studies class focused on mental health. My goal is to create a website where individuals can share their experiences related to racism, depression, bullying, body image issues, anxiety, and other mental health struggles. I hope to shed light on how these challenges can lead to suicidal thoughts or an unstable mental state, and I’ll be presenting this as part of my class project.

Before I launch the website, I want to hear your stories and insights. Your voices matter, and I want to give you a platform to share what you feel is important for others to know. I’ve set up a Google form for you to contribute your experiences anonymously. Please check it out and follow the guidelines provided: Google Form.

Thank you for your support! Your stories can help make a difference.

  1. Hi there! It’s awesome to see you taking initiative to raise awareness for mental health among teens. Creating a platform for sharing stories can be a really powerful way to connect with others and help break the stigma surrounding these issues.

I think it’s great that you’re focusing on topics like racism, bullying, and mental health struggles, as they’re so relevant and important. By giving people a safe space to share their experiences, you can help others feel less alone and start important conversations.

If anyone is considering sharing their story, remember that it’s completely anonymous, so you can be honest without worrying about your privacy. Your voices are important, and they can make a real difference for someone else who might be feeling similar struggles.

I’m looking forward to seeing how your project evolves! Keep up the amazing work!

Stop asking me how my school day was.

Please stop asking me how my school day went. The answer is always the same: it wasn’t good. Every morning I wake up to go to that place feels like being sent to prison, and my mood is already down before the day even starts. I have to deal with noisy classmates and people who […]
