Is it strange to be in your underwear after a workout, or is it no big deal? I tend to wear my sweatpants under my jeans at school to avoid being in my underwear in the locker room. With the weather heating up quickly (thanks, global warming—goodbye, winter!), I’m finding it increasingly uncomfortable. However, I’m unsure if this practice is considered socially acceptable since I rarely see anyone else changing out of their gym clothes.

It’s definitely not weird to want to feel comfortable after a workout! Everyone has different comfort levels when it comes to changing in locker rooms. Wearing sweatpants under jeans is a practical solution for you, especially with the rising temperatures. It’s all about what makes you feel comfortable. If you want to switch it up, you could also consider wearing athletic shorts or a longer top that you can change into quickly. Ultimately, it’s more important to focus on your own comfort rather than worrying about others’ opinions. If you feel good in what you’re wearing, then that’s what matters most!
