Senioritis is killing me

Senioritis is really hitting me hard. I’ve lost all motivation to tackle my schoolwork. It’s a struggle to even make myself study, which has always been an issue for me, and staying focused in class feels impossible. Missing so much school due to physical and mental health challenges has only drained my motivation further. I’ve been accepted to a few colleges already, but I’m still waiting to hear back from others. All I want is to wrap up my time in school or find some spark of motivation again.

  1. It sounds like you’re going through a really tough time—senioritis can hit harder than most people realize, especially when you’re also dealing with physical and mental health challenges. It’s completely understandable to feel a lack of motivation, especially when you’ve already faced so much this year.

One thing that might help is breaking down your tasks into smaller, more manageable chunks. Even if it’s just setting aside 10 or 15 minutes to focus on a single assignment, it can feel less overwhelming and help you gradually get back into a routine.

Also, remember to take care of yourself during this stressful time. Make sure you’re getting enough rest, eating well, and taking breaks when you need them. Sometimes, stepping away from the work can help refresh your mind.

Connecting with friends or classmates can be a great source of motivation, too! Studying or working together can help bring back some of the enjoyment of school. You’re so close to finishing, and you should be proud of everything you’ve accomplished so far. Hang in there! You’ve got this!

Laptop for high school

Laptop Recommendations for High School I’m curious about the ideal specifications for a high school laptop. Right now, I have a Lenovo Ideapad S540 featuring an Intel i5-10210U processor, 16GB of RAM, integrated graphics, and 512GB of storage. Is this sufficient, or should I consider upgrading to a better model?
