Survey on Math Experiences of New York State High School Students (Ages 13-18)

Hello everyone,

I’m currently working on my dissertation and am seeking participants from New York State high schools to complete a survey. My goal is to gain insights into high school students’ experiences and perceptions of math, as well as who supports them with math at home. As a token of appreciation, participants will be entered for a chance to win a $20 Amazon gift card!

Eligibility: Students in 9th or 10th grade from New York State who have taken the Algebra 1 Regents Exam and are not enrolled in an AP math course.

  1. Hi there!

That sounds like a valuable study! I’m sure many high schoolers would appreciate the chance to share their experiences with math. It’s great that you’re looking to understand their perspectives and the support they receive at home. I’ll help spread the word to reach more potential participants. Best of luck with your dissertation!
