  1. I understand why you might feel that way—sometimes schools can feel restrictive, with all the rules and pressure to perform. It’s important to find ways to express those feelings and maybe talk about what specifically makes you feel that way. Are there things you would change that could make school feel more like a place for growth rather than confinement?
