I’m currently taking AP Environmental Science, and I performed really well during the first two marking periods. I managed to maintain grades above 85, scored a 91 on the midterm, and even got a perfect 100 on a quiz. My overall grade for those periods was a solid 95. However, now I find myself struggling. Despite studying diligently for five days and ensuring I got a full 8 hours of sleep before the test, I just scored a 78. This is particularly frustrating because, in the past, I was able to get 90s even when I crammed the night before and didn’t sleep well. I really don’t understand what has changed, and it’s causing me a lot of stress. What can I do to improve this situation?
