Has anyone else experienced a sudden wave of demotivation? I found myself in that situation last week. I can’t pinpoint what triggered it, but I’ve completely fallen behind on assignments and let them accumulate. Even when I have time to catch up, I struggle to find the energy to get started. It’s been tough, and I haven’t felt motivated to do much of anything lately. On a related note, I haven’t found joy in many activities recently, which may contribute to how I’m feeling. As someone with ADHD, I understand some of the challenges I face, but the timing remains puzzling. Is anyone else going through something similar?

Remember to be kind to yourself during this time; it’s okay to have off days. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, it might be worth talking to someone you trust about what you’re experiencing.
