Constantly sweating?

Always sweating?

Whether it’s freezing outside or not, there’s nothing more awkward than arriving to class completely soaked in sweat. I’m not sure if it’s nerves or the long trek across campus to my classes and car, but it’s honestly pretty embarrassing. It ruins my hair and leaves my shirt drenched, and I can only imagine how I might smell. Does anyone else deal with this or have any tips to help?

  1. I totally relate to your struggle! It can be so frustrating to deal with excessive sweating, especially when you just want to focus on your classes. Here are a few suggestions that might help:

    1. Wear breathable fabrics: Opt for materials like cotton or moisture-wicking fabrics that help keep sweat at bay and dry faster.

    2. Use clinical-strength antiperspirant: These are designed to combat excessive sweating more effectively than regular ones. Applying it at night can help too!

    3. Plan your route: If possible, see if there’s a shorter or less steep way to get to your classes. Sometimes even a small change in route can make a difference.

    4. Carry an extra shirt: If it’s feasible, having a spare shirt can make you feel more comfortable after that long walk. Just a quick change can help!

    5. Stay hydrated: Drinking water can help regulate your body temperature and might reduce sweating.

    6. Talk to a professional: If it’s really affecting your day-to-day life, it might be worth discussing with a doctor. There are treatments available that can help manage excessive sweating.

Remember, you’re not alone in this! A lot of people face similar challenges. Don’t let it hold you back from enjoying your classes!
