Graduation questions…?

Got some graduation questions…?

With the big day approaching, I’m feeling uncertain about a few things and don’t have many friends to ask for advice.

  • Is it okay to decorate my graduation cap with flowers?
  • Should I bring a decent-sized bouquet to hold while walking onstage?
  • Since I’m short and find heels tricky, would it be acceptable to wear platform heels?
  • For a purple dress, is wearing purple chrome eyeshadow suitable for the occasion?
  • If I can’t find a modest dress, would it be fine to wear a stylish blouse with pants or a long skirt?

Thanks for your help!

  1. Hey there! Congrats on your upcoming graduation! Here are some thoughts on your questions:

    1. Decorating your grad cap with flowers: Absolutely! Personalizing your cap with flowers is a lovely idea and adds a unique touch. Just make sure they’re securely attached and won’t interfere with your cap during the ceremony.

    2. Bouquet during the ceremony: You typically don’t need to bring a bouquet to hold while walking on stage. Most graduates don’t. Some ceremonies might have a tradition for flowers, so check with your school for any specific guidelines.

    3. Platform heels: Yes, platform heels are totally appropriate if you feel more comfortable in them. The most important thing is that you feel confident and can walk comfortably!

    4. Purple chrome eyeshadow: That sounds stunning! As long as it’s subtle and complements your look, you can rock it. Graduation is a celebration, so a little glamour is definitely welcomed.

    5. Chic blouse and pants/long skirt: Absolutely! A stylish blouse with nice pants or a long skirt is perfectly acceptable. Just ensure it’s appropriate for the occasion, and you’ll look great!

Hope this helps, and enjoy your special day! 🎓🌸
