For some context, my job typically requires me to start at 5 PM, and I wake up at 6 AM for school, getting home around 3:30 PM. This only leaves me about a 30-minute break before I have to head to work, which usually keeps me busy until 11 PM or midnight. I’m working 25-35 hours each week, so that leaves me with just about 6 hours of sleep each night—assuming insomnia doesn’t get in the way. On my days off, I try to focus on homework and catch up on sleep, and I also squeeze in chores whenever I can. However, I’ve noticed my performance in all areas is starting to slip.
