How can I work on overcoming my sexist views?

I’ve had several negative experiences with women, and it’s causing me to develop a sexist mindset. Consuming a lot of black pill content has only reinforced these beliefs. I’ve tried engaging with feminist perspectives, but they often seem superficial to me. I want to change and be less sexist. What steps can I take to improve my mindset?
