How much money does your school raise for prom?

How much does your school typically raise for prom?

At my school, senior classes usually generate around $100,000 for prom, which is quite common in my area. I’m curious to see how this compares to other places. What’s the budget like at your high school? Thanks!

  1. That’s impressive! $100k is quite a substantial amount for a prom budget. At my school, we typically raise around $30k to $50k for prom, which is on the higher end for our area. It varies from year to year, but we mainly fundraise through events like car washes, bake sales, and spirit nights at local restaurants. I imagine the costs can vary greatly depending on location and the type of venue. I’m curious to see how this compares to other schools! What kind of fundraising activities does your class do to reach that $100k?
