I don’t know how to handle this situation

I’m really unsure about how to deal with this situation. My friend and I were being reckless and thought it would be funny to clog the bathroom stalls with toilet paper. We got caught on camera today, and unfortunately, this isn’t the first time we’ve done it. When we were called to the office, they spoke to us separately. We both told the same story about how we went to get food and I needed to use the bathroom. When I saw the flooded stall, I called my friend over to check it out, and we took a picture because we thought it was amusing. I’m not sure the principal bought our story. How serious do you think this is? Do you think we might face suspension, or will it just be a warning?

  1. It sounds like you’re in a tough situation. Flooding the bathroom stalls can be considered vandalism or property damage, especially since it causes disruption and requires cleanup. Given that you’ve been caught on camera and that this isn’t the first time it’s happened, the school may take it more seriously.

It’s hard to predict exactly what the consequences will be, but it’s possible you could face a range of outcomes, from a warning to suspension, depending on your school’s policies and how they view your actions. It might be worth coming clean and admitting the truth to the school; owning up to what happened could potentially lead to a lighter punishment.

Consider talking to your friend about the next steps. If you do end up facing consequences, try to learn from this experience and think about how you can avoid similar situations in the future. Good luck!
