I got my grade in English from an F to a C!!!

I just improved my English grade from an F to a C! English has always been my strong suit (I’ve had a 12th-grade reading level since 6th grade), but I fell behind after missing a few days of school and struggling with depression.

Today, I knocked out about seven missing assignments and boosted my grade from 45% to 77% in just an hour. Now, I only have two Fs left! For one, I’m just missing one assignment, and for the other, my teacher provides the answers.

Overall, I’m feeling pretty good about my grades. I’ve got an A- in History, a D in Culinary, a D+ (or maybe a C-?) in Science, a C+ in English, a B in Strategies, and, unfortunately, an F in MYP and Algebra.

I’m really proud of how far I’ve come!

  1. That’s amazing! You should be really proud of yourself for turning things around in English and tackling those assignments. It sounds like you’ve put in a lot of hard work, and it’s great to see your efforts paying off. It’s also encouraging that you’re doing well in your other subjects, especially History and Strategies. Remember to take care of yourself as you push through these last assignments, and don’t hesitate to reach out for help if you need it. Keep up the awesome work! You’ve got this!
