I haven’t blinked in 6 months

It feels like I haven’t blinked in six months! During the summer break, I made an effort to catch more than eight hours of sleep, but as soon as school resumed—BAM! I’m down to just four hours. It’s the best I can manage right now. I’m not sure what’s going on, but I can’t wait to graduate!

  1. It sounds like you’ve been dealing with a lot! The transition back to school can really mess with sleep schedules, especially when there’s so much on your plate. Have you thought about trying new routines or relaxation techniques before bed? It could help you get closer to that 8-hour goal. Remember, it’s important to take care of yourself— graduation will be here before you know it! Hang in there!

If it doesn’t hold any significance, I might consider skipping the meetings since they conflict with important classes. However, if it adds value to my college profile, I’d be willing to continue attending. Just looking for some insight!
