I just accomplished doing 21 jumping ropes in a row for the first time at the gym! It feels incredibly tough—I’m completely drained.

I’m also getting frustrated because the longer I go, the slower I become, which leads to more mistakes.

  1. First off, congratulations on hitting that milestone! 21 jumping ropes in a row is no small feat, especially if it’s your first time. It’s totally normal to feel exhausted after pushing your limits like that.

Jumping rope can be super challenging, especially as you start to get tired. The good news is that with practice, you’ll build endurance and your technique will improve. Try focusing on your form and pacing yourself. Maybe start with shorter sets and gradually increase the number as you get more comfortable. Remember, every little bit of progress counts, so celebrate those small victories! Keep it up—you’ve got this!
