It’s completely normal to feel a little concerned about height, especially in high school when everyone seems to be growing at different rates. Many people continue to grow through their teenage years, so you might still have some growing left to do! If you’re worried, consider talking to a doctor or a health professional who can provide more personalized advice. Remember, height doesn’t define your worth or potential—focus on being the best version of yourself!
