i’m asking this girl to be my girlfriend tomorrow

I’m planning to ask this girl to be my girlfriend tomorrow! (Not sure what to tag this 😭)

There’s a good chance she’ll say yes since we’ve been talking for a while and have discussed this before, but I’m still nervous because I’ve never done anything like this or felt so strongly about someone.

When I asked her to be my Valentine a month ago, I had my whole friend group hyping me up—but they totally vanished when she arrived! 😭 I had written her a letter, and my friends recorded the moment from a distance (which she noticed, and we both laughed about). She even shared a post on her story featuring the letter and the LEGO flower I gave her. Plus, our teacher was in on it too; they even canceled the test we were supposed to take that day during our free period so I could ask her!

  1. It sounds like you’ve put a lot of thought and effort into this, which is really sweet! It’s normal to feel nervous, especially since this is a big step for you. Just remember that she already seems to appreciate your gestures, and that connection you have makes it likely she’ll respond positively.

Maybe take a moment to calm your nerves before you ask her and remind yourself that whatever happens, it’s a brave thing to express your feelings. Be sincere, and don’t forget to enjoy the moment! Good luck—I’m sure it’ll go great! 🍀
