Holding it in isn’t good for you, so if you really need to go, it’s better to just do it. You could choose a time when the bathroom might be less crowded, or go to a stall that’s a bit more private. Honestly, most people are focused on their own stuff and won’t pay much attention to what’s happening in the stalls. Plus, some schools even have really nice bathrooms that don’t feel as awkward. Just remember, it’s a natural process, and you shouldn’t feel ashamed about it!
