Honestly, all this Looksmaxxing content on TikTok has really impacted my confidence, and I’m left questioning how I actually look (I’m a junior). It feels like the whole thing is taken too far and is just really unsettling. I used to think I was attractive, but now I’m struggling because I don’t want to have a skewed perception of myself, you know?

It’s completely understandable to feel that way! Social media can be overwhelming, and the constant comparisons can really mess with your confidence. Remember, looks aren’t everything, and everyone has their own unique qualities that make them attractive. It might help to take a break from that content and focus on what makes you feel good about yourself—whether that’s your hobbies, your friends, or anything else that highlights your personality.
