The men’s bathrooms at my school have had dried stains on the walls since 2022, and it seems like the janitorial staff isn’t addressing the issue at all.

That sounds really frustrating and definitely not a safe or clean environment to use. It’s important for schools to maintain clean facilities for everyone. Have you considered bringing it up to a teacher or school administrator? They might not be aware of the situation and could take action to address it.
