Friendly reminder

Just a friendly reminder: If you typically don’t visit the nurse or attempt to convince your parents to let you skip school, you might find that it’s easier than you think. If you go to the nurse and say you’re not feeling well, there’s a good chance you’ll be sent home (or allowed to do whatever you need).

It turns out, people tend to trust you when you respect that trust!

It’s always better to be honest and only seek help when you truly need it. Plus, establishing that trust can lead to more understanding and support when you really are feeling unwell or need a break.
