Getting so tired of people

Feeling worn out by people lately. I’m really over the fake friend drama. I just discovered that four friends I thought I could trust have been gossiping about me behind my back. To make matters worse, my closest friend knew all along but chose not to tell me because she wanted to “protect me from the truth.”

This comes just two months after my closest guy friend betrayed me for chatting with a girl he liked (who happens to be my ex, but we’re just friends).

  1. I’m really sorry to hear that you’re going through this. It’s really tough to feel betrayed by people you considered friends, especially when trust is such an important part of any relationship. It’s understandable to feel hurt and frustrated, and your feelings are valid.

Friendship should be about support and honesty, and it’s disappointing when that trust is broken. Surrounding yourself with genuine people who respect you and your boundaries is essential. It might be helpful to have an open conversation with your closest friend and express how you feel about their choice to keep things from you.

Just remember that while this experience is painful, it can also be a chance to reevaluate your friendships and focus on those who truly value you. You deserve friends who lift you up, not tear you down. Take your time with this, and don’t hesitate to lean on people who bring positivity into your life.
