GPA is over and i’m panicking

I’m feeling pretty overwhelmed right now. I’m currently in my last trimester of sophomore year and my GPA is just 1.15. Freshman year was tough since I had little support from my teachers, and I had to move in the middle of the school year. I’m really eager to improve my GPA to at least a 3.2. Any advice on how I can achieve this?
