How can I achieve a glow-up (including weight loss), maintain a good GPA while taking AP classes, find a boyfriend, and make friends before junior year?
I know this might sound like a lot, but these are my goals for the upcoming year as a sophomore. I feel like I’ve wasted last year and this one without making any personal progress, both physically and academically. I want to be someone who is dedicated to their studies, has hobbies, stays in shape, and effortlessly connects with others, but right now, I feel far from that. The sophomore slump has really hit me hard—my grades are slipping, and I’m feeling increasingly unmotivated.
On top of that, I don’t have a solid support system since I didn’t make many friends when I moved here, and I’ve become too comfortable being on my own, making it tough to meet new people. I genuinely want to make the most of my high school experience and feel confident, smart, and comfortable in my own skin. Any tips or advice on how to tackle any of these areas would be greatly appreciated!
