How can I break out of this downward spiral?

I’m not sure if I’m looking for advice or just need to vent, but I really need to talk about what I’m going through. Lately, I’ve found myself scrolling through my phone until 2 a.m. every night, and I can’t remember the last time I had a good night’s sleep. Because of this, my grades have taken a hit—I’ve dropped from a 3.9 GPA to a 3.1. I feel constantly distracted and I’m struggling to turn in my assignments on time, if I turn them in at all.

When my parents bring up my education, which they believe is really important, I end up feeling overwhelmed and can’t engage in the conversation. I deal with social and sensory anxiety, making it hard to boost my motivation. I’m always exhausted and stressed, I procrastinate, and I often forget important tasks. I struggle with prioritizing my responsibilities, and it feels like the workload is suffocating me. On top of that, I’ve started to convince myself that the good moments in life are temporary, so why bother trying to hold on to them?

I know I need to make a change, but I just don’t feel motivated to do anything about it. Does anyone have any suggestions?
