How did I manage to do it in high school? How was I able to wake up at 6 AM and start school by 8 without any problem? Now, I struggle to get up for a 10 AM class half the time. What changed? Why does it feel so much harder now compared to just two years ago?

It’s totally normal to feel that way! High school often had a structure that made it easier to get up and go, plus there may have been less pressure and more routine. College or post-high school life can be way more unpredictable and demanding, leading to feelings of fatigue and burnout. You might also have different responsibilities now that can weigh on you. It’s tough adjusting to a new lifestyle, especially if your schedule isn’t as regimented as it used to be. Maybe try setting a consistent sleep schedule or finding small morning rituals to help ease into waking up earlier. You’re definitely not alone in feeling this way!
