I’m exhausted every single day and often find myself fighting to stay awake in class. My lack of focus is frustrating, and I know I’m not getting enough sleep, but it’s tough when I have to wake up at 5:30 AM. By the time I get home around 5, I just crash into bed and end up scrolling through my phone because I’m too worn out to do anything else. Yet, somehow, I can’t manage to fall asleep until at least 11 PM.
Right now, I’ve got a huge pile of schoolwork and reading to catch up on, but I genuinely lack the energy to tackle it all. A typical school day from 8 AM to 3 PM completely drains me, and I’m struggling to keep up with my classes. I feel like there simply aren’t enough hours in the day to get everything done. Sometimes, I’m ready to sleep by 4 PM! Just needed to vent a bit because I’m really frustrated with myself.
