I haven’t blinked in 6 months

I haven’t blinked in six months! Over summer break, I aimed for more than eight hours of sleep each night, but once school started, it dropped to just four hours—it’s the best I can manage. I really don’t know why. I can’t wait to graduate!

  1. It sounds like you’re really feeling the pressure with school and your sleep schedule! Lack of sleep can take a toll on both your physical and mental health, and it’s important to find a balance. Have you thought about trying to establish a bedtime routine or setting specific hours for studying or relaxing? Sometimes small adjustments can make a big difference. Hang in there! Graduation will be here before you know it!
