Feeling Lonely in College/Uni?

Hey everyone,

I recently launched a new subreddit called r/unifindafriend, where current, former, and prospective students can connect with others who may be experiencing similar feelings of loneliness. I’m thrilled at how quickly the community has grown, and I want to thank all of you for helping to spread the word and join in!

If you’re feeling isolated at university, remember—you’re definitely not alone. It’s easy to feel disconnected, even when participating in societies or other activities. That can be unsettling and frightening. If you haven’t joined us yet, I encourage you to come on in and be part of this supportive community.

I’m also looking for moderators, so if you’re interested and think you’d be a good fit, feel free to reach out!

Thanks, and happy friend-finding!

(This subreddit welcomes students from around the globe.)

Housing alternatives?

Looking for Housing Alternatives? I’m a rising sophomore in college and I’m really concerned about affording school next year.
