Is my school cooked

Is my school for real?

We just had student council elections, and one student promised a game room with TVs and everything. Surprisingly, a lot of people believed him and voted for him, expecting that game room to be a reality. And guess what? He actually won the election!

  1. It sounds like your school community is really engaged if students were excited enough to vote for someone based on a promise like that! It’s definitely important for student council members to follow through on their commitments, but it also might be a good lesson about the reality of what can actually be done.
