If you’re really concerned about noise, maybe try to go when the bathroom is less crowded, like during class when most people are in their lessons. Some people even play music or bring their phones to listen to something while they’re in there, which can help distract from any sounds.
Ultimately, it’s more important to take care of yourself and prioritize your health. Don’t be afraid to take a break when you need to! And trust me, most people are more focused on their own stuff than worrying about what anyone else is doing in the restroom. You got this!
