I’ve been struggling with my attendance, which is currently at 72%. Many teachers seem to think I’m skipping classes for fun, but the reality is that I was in the hospital after a suicide attempt. Unfortunately, I’m facing bullying at school. On Monday, I returned for just one hour after being absent for two weeks, and as soon as the test was over, I packed my things and tried to leave because the other students were being really cruel; they somehow learned about what happened to me. They kept following me, and I felt the need to just run away. I’m going back to school tomorrow, and I’m honestly feeling pretty anxious about it.
