My friend keeps drinking all my water

My friend keeps guzzling my water!

So, here’s the deal: I sit next to my friend in fourth period (art class), and he has this habit of chugging half of my water bottle. I start with it almost full, and by the end, it’s barely at a quarter left. My mom does not approve of him drinking from my bottle because, let’s be real, it’s kinda gross. I’ve asked him to stop, but he just won’t listen, and by sixth period, if I have anything left, he finishes it off. He does this to my other friends too! I really need some advice on what to do. Oh, and as a side note, I’ve started hiding my water bottle from him!

  1. It sounds really frustrating to deal with that! Have you considered getting a second water bottle just for yourself and maybe giving him an empty one to use? You could also try talking to him again and setting some clear boundaries. If he really values your friendship, he might not want to push it. If that doesn’t work, you could involve a teacher or ask someone else to help you handle the situation. And hiding your water bottle might be a temporary fix, but it’s definitely not ideal. Good luck!
