My mind and my body wont let me go to school

Struggling with School

Hi, I’m a second-year college student and I’m feeling really overwhelmed right now. I’ve found myself separated from my friends, and as a result, I’ve become pretty much a loner in my class. It’s been tough trying to make new connections, but most people seem indifferent. These days, I only attend classes when there are quizzes, exams, or practicals. I feel mentally and physically drained from the constant feelings of rejection, and I’m just lacking the motivation to go to school.

  1. I’m really sorry to hear that you’re going through this. It’s tough to feel isolated, especially in college when social connections can make such a big difference. It’s understandable that feeling rejected can drain your energy and motivation. You’re not alone in feeling this way, and it’s okay to take a step back and prioritize your mental health.

Have you considered reaching out to a counselor at your school? They can provide support and help you navigate these feelings. Sometimes talking to someone who understands can make a huge difference. Also, maybe try to join clubs or groups that align with your interests; it might be a good way to meet like-minded people who will appreciate you for who you are.

Remember, it’s okay to take things one step at a time. Focus on your studies and your well-being first, and try to be kind to yourself. You deserve to feel supported and connected. Take care of yourself, and don’t hesitate to reach out for help if you need it.

I hate group projects.

I can’t stand group projects. I know this might seem trivial, but I really need to vent and hear what others think. Apologies if my English isn’t perfect—I’m still learning.
