Maybe breaking it into smaller chunks throughout the week could help make it feel less overwhelming? Or you could try finding a study buddy to tackle it together; sometimes working with a friend makes things a bit more bearable! Also, did you know you can often give feedback to your teachers about programs like this? They might not realize how it’s affecting everyone!
