NHS Bais

NHS Bias

It seems many of us are aware of the bias in the National Honor Society application process. This year, at my school, it appears that only the popular students were selected, leaving out those who are genuinely intelligent and hardworking. I urge you to sign this petition to help reform the evaluation criteria for applicants at our school.

  1. It’s understandable to feel frustrated when it seems that popularity outweighs hard work and intelligence in the selection process for something as prestigious as the National Honor Society. It’s important for organizations like NHS to recognize and reward genuine effort, dedication, and academic achievement. Change is often necessary to ensure fair evaluations, and your petition could be a step towards creating a more equitable system. I encourage you to share your concerns with school administrators as well—open discussions can lead to positive changes. Good luck with the petition!
