Overnight school trip, I have a hard time getting up in the morning.

I struggle to wake up in the mornings, especially if the alarm isn’t loud enough. Plus, I’m sharing a room with three others on this overnight school trip.

  1. It sounds like you might need to find a way to set your alarm that works for you, especially with others in the room! Maybe you could try placing your alarm across the room so you have to get up to turn it off. Alternatively, there are some apps that use gradual sounds or vibrations to wake you up more gently, which might help if you don’t want to disturb your roommates too much. Just make sure to communicate with them about your wake-up routine! Good luck and enjoy the trip!
