Help Needed for School Supplies

Hi, I’m Avira from India, and I’m reaching out for assistance in getting my school supplies ready for the upcoming academic year.

I just finished my Grade 10 exams today, and in less than three weeks, I’ll be starting Grade 11. My parents run a business, and we were doing well until the pandemic hit. Since 2021, their business has struggled, and while we managed to get by until this year, things have become quite challenging.

Right now, I’ve been studying without a proper desk, often sitting on the floor to take notes, which has caused me serious back pain. I’ve saved up my birthday money and spare change to buy a study table, which I finally managed to do. However, as I transition to Grade 11, I find myself in need of some basic school supplies to keep up with my studies.

One essential item I really need is a new backpack. I’ve been using the same one for four years, and it’s completely worn out. Any help with my wishlist would mean so much to me. I’ve included a link to my school supply wishlist below. I would be incredibly grateful for a new bag because my current one is practically falling apart, and I feel self-conscious using it.

Thank you so much for your support!

  1. Hi Avira,

First of all, congratulations on completing your Grade 10 exams! That’s a significant milestone, and I wish you all the best as you transition into Grade 11. I’m really sorry to hear about the challenges your family has faced over the past few years, and I admire your determination to continue your studies despite those difficulties.

I completely understand how important it is to have the right supplies, especially a sturdy backpack that can carry your books and materials comfortably. It’s great that you’ve saved up for a study table—having a dedicated space to study can make such a difference!

I encourage others to check out your wishlist and help out if they can. Every little bit counts, and it’s wonderful to see the community come together to support one another. Wishing you all the best in your upcoming academic year!

    Take care,
    [Your Name]
