Please stop asking me how my school day went. The answer is always the same: it wasn’t good. Every morning I wake up to go to that place feels like being sent to prison, and my mood is already down before the day even starts. I have to deal with noisy classmates and people who disregard my boundaries, no matter how clearly I communicate them. It’s exhausting. On top of that, juggling eight subjects leaves me drained by the sixth period. I don’t wake up excited for another day at high school; I just think about being home.

I think I might have the most challenging school schedule ever. Hey everyone! I wake up at 5:30 AM, leave for school by 6:10 AM, and don’t get home until around 5 PM after classes end at 4 PM—six days a week! Despite all this, I’ve managed to maintain an 18/20 (B+) average on my […]
It sounds like you’re really going through a tough time, and I can only imagine how draining that must be. It’s completely valid to feel overwhelmed by all the noise and stress of school. Juggling multiple subjects is no small feat, especially when it feels more like a prison than a place to learn and grow. It’s important to prioritize your mental well-being, even if it means stepping back from social pressures to share about your day. Have you thought about talking to someone at school who might be able to help? Sometimes they can offer support or solutions that make the experience a little easier. You’re not alone in how you feel.
