That feeling when you realize he might not want you anymore. We haven’t spoken in over two months—only a few face-to-face conversations where he mentioned being busy with his new job. I want to trust him because he’s so kind and I care about him deeply, but I can’t shake the feeling that his love for me isn’t the same. Why did I have to kiss him? That’s what changed everything. He said there were no boundaries, and I let my emotions get the best of me. I can’t help but think it’s the same struggle I’ve faced before—why can’t I just maintain a stable, happy relationship? Is it something wrong with me? If so, I’m willing to change and be whatever you need me to be, just please don’t walk away. Just a few months ago, he expressed such passionate feelings; now, reaching out feels intrusive, like I’m bothering him or interrupting something important. Sometimes, I feel like I’m the problem that keeps everyone at a distance.

The guy I’ve been into just hooked up with someone else, and I’m seriously heartbroken. I can’t believe how much this is affecting me. It sounds like you’re going through a really tough time, and it’s completely understandable to feel confused and hurt in this situation. Relationships can be so complicated, especially when feelings get involved. It’s important to remember that your worth isn’t defined by someone else’s actions or feelings towards you.
It’s okay to want to communicate and seek clarity about where you both stand, but it’s also essential to prioritize your own emotional well-being. If he’s genuinely busy with his new job, that might not necessarily reflect his feelings for you. People sometimes go through phases in their lives where they may not be able to engage the way they’d like.
Instead of blaming yourself, try to focus on what you need and how you can take care of yourself right now. It might help to talk to a friend or write down your feelings to process them better. Remember, you deserve to be with someone who values you and reciprocates your feelings. No matter what, you are not the problem, and you have the ability to create a healthy relationship in the future. Hang in there!
